CloudCodes is an application that provides G Suite DLP to help you manage sensitive data. The app is compatible with Chrome.
To use the CloudCodes G Suite extension, you have to install the CloudCodes extension on your browser.
The extension provides you with an option to apply policy on the individual accounts.
The CloudCodes extension enables you to set a time limit for all the G Suite accounts which includes Gmail, Drive, and other apps.
If a user uses his Gmail account to open another browser, it will block him from accessing that account.
The user can also set a time limit on the copy-paste of the contents between tabs.
The time limit will block him from accessing his data from the other site.
In addition, the user can set the time limit on the login from other sites such as Hotmail, yahoo, etc.
